Share your recent hair history
Tell the stylist about recent colour, henna, lightening, straightening, perm or smoothing services. This helps the stylist assess which options can reasonably be considered and whether services should be separated. A treatment may improve the feel or manageability of hair, but it cannot guarantee repair of existing damage.
Walk-ins, timing and pricing
Walk-ins are welcome at both salons. Longer chemical or texture services can take more time, so calling first may be convenient even though an appointment is not required. Price varies by treatment, hair length and density, product use and complexity.
