Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome and preferred for almost every service. Simply arrive, check in with reception and wait in the salon waiting area.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary for most services. Appointments are accepted by phone. Bridal services must be arranged in advance.
How are walk-ins handled?
Walk-ins are served first come, first served. You may request a particular stylist, although the wait can vary with availability.
Are the same services available at both locations?
Yes. Creditview and Heartland offer the same service menu and use separate staff teams.
Where are the salons located?
Creditview is at 5425 Creditview Road, Unit 4, near Creditview and Bristol. Heartland is at 801 Matheson Boulevard West, Unit 4, across from Heartland Town Centre.
What are your hours?
Both locations are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Holiday hours may be shorter.
Is parking available?
Yes. Both salons have free parking in their plazas.
Do both locations have private rooms?
Yes. Fully enclosed private rooms are available on request for any service, at no additional cost. Services in the private room are performed by women.
How do I find a price?
Services can be displayed without a price, with a fixed price, starting price, range or consultation note. Prices may vary by service and are before HST. Call or visit for a tailored estimate.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Crystal Look accepts cash, debit and major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Tips can be added by card. Gift cards are available on request.
Do you offer Registered Massage Therapy?
No. Massage at Crystal Look is non-registered relaxation massage, and insurance receipts are not provided.
Can a service be changed or declined for suitability?
Yes. A provider may recommend changing or not proceeding with a service when the current condition of the hair or skin makes the requested option unsuitable.
